As of July 1st, 2024, STEPS will no longer work in-network with insurance companies. If your child has a diagnosis of autism, you may be able to submit our superbill to your insurance to seek out of network reimbursement.

ABA Services

STEPS provides neurodiversity affirming and family-centered ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy for children with autism and related disorders. We work with students between 2-12 years old.

School Partnerships

STEPS provides training, consultation, and partnership to educators in a variety of settings including independent schools, daycares, religious schools and extra-curricular programs in the Seattle area.

BCBAs

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a certification that requires a graduate degree, advanced education and training, supervised practical experience in behavior analysis and a passing score on the BCBA exam.

Our BCBAs all have varied backgrounds and extensive experience in early childhood allowing them to support the unique needs of our clients and families. BCBAs lead client teams and are responsible for intake, assessment, development of programming, goals, behavior supports, supervision, training, parent coaching and more!
