Erica Lee

Erica joined the STEPS team in July 2019. She grew up in Edmonds, WA before attending Seattle University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Humanities for Teaching with a minor in International Studies in 2016.

Before joining STEPS, Erica worked at Spruce Street School for five years. She started out in their Extended Day program and worked her way into the classrooms as an intern teacher. During the summer, she also worked at various summer camps as a lead counselor. In her free time, Erica likes to sing along to musicals, find new fishing spots, & try out new dessert cafes.
