Cailey Karshmer

Behavior Technician

Cailey joined the STEPS team in October 2023. She grew up in Denver, Colorado before attending the University of Washington - Seattle. She graduated with a BS is psychology in 2023. Before joining STEPS, Cailey was the founder of a non-profit organization to help sick, disabled, homeless and underprivileged kids across Colorado. She also worked as a ski instructor at the Summit at Snoqualmie teaching young kids how to ski. In her free time, Cailey likes to ski, hike, climb, and read.
