Emma Summerour

Behavior Technician

Emma joined the STEPS team in May 2023. She grew up in Gig Harbor, WA before attending Seattle University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Humanities for Teaching in 2022.

Before joining STEPS, Emma worked at Spruce Street School for 3 years in the extended day program and worked in Bailey Gatzert Elementary's after-school program as well. During the summer, she has worked in Spruce Street's summer camp as a lead counselor. In her free time, Emma likes to crochet, paint, swim, spend time outside, and learn how to make new crafts!
